Here's how the Made Floral booking process works from your first inquiry to the big day.

Congratulations on your engagement or special event!
Before we get started, check to see if we're available for your event date. Complete our inquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated floral budget, and any inspiration you'd like to share.

Custom Proposal
If we're available for your event date, we'll invite you to complete a detailed questionnaire. This helps us understand your vision, priorities, and floral needs so we can create a personalized proposal.
Your proposal includes:
• Floral recommendations
• Itemized pricing
• Inspiration images
• A customized design direction
• Estimated investment
Proposal Review
Once your proposal is ready, you'll have the opportunity to review the design and investment before deciding whether to move forward.
Most of our clients book directly from their proposal without needing an initial consultation, but we're always happy to schedule a call or video meeting if you'd like to talk through the details or make refinements.
Our goal is to make sure we're aligned on the overall vision before moving forward.
Reserve Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll reserve your event date with a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.
You'll have one week to review your proposal before we release the date to other inquiries. Once booked, you'll officially become a Made Floral client, and we'll continue refining your floral design together throughout the planning process.

Design & Planning
This is where the fun really begins.
After booking, we'll continue refining your floral design as your wedding evolves. Guest counts change, linen selections happen, rentals get added, and ideas develop. We expect that!
We'll continue making updates together throughout the planning process. Final design selections are due approximately two months before your event, while final quantities can be adjusted until about three weeks prior to accommodate your RSVP count.
